At The Mirage at Caernby Corner, operated by The White Heather (CR) Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 11303634 with its registered office at Caenby Corner, Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, LN8 2AR, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for bookings. Please read it carefully before making a reservation.

1. Guest Cancellation Refunds

We understand plans can change. Here’s how refunds or transfers work if you need to cancel your booking:

  • More than 24 hours before check-in: You may choose either a full refund of all payments made (including any deposit) or transfer your booking to a new date, subject to availability.
  • Within 24 hours of check-in: We’re able to offer date transfers for cancellations within this period.

Note: Cancellations must be done calling us at 07508 201792. The cancellation time is based on when we receive your notification, not when it’s sent.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not canceled in advance, no refund or date transfer will be offered, and the full booking amount will be retained.

3. Cancellations by The Mirage

In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or property issues), we will:

  • Provide a full refund of all payments made, or
  • Offer to transfer your booking to an alternative date, at your discretion.

This is our sole liability in such cases, and we are not responsible for additional costs (e.g., travel expenses).

4. Refund Process

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 working days of approval and returned to the original payment method. Please ensure your payment details are correct to avoid delays.

5. Booking Changes

If you’d like to modify your booking (e.g., change dates or guest numbers) instead of canceling, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability, and no additional fees will apply unless the new booking increases the total cost.
